Refund and Returns Policy

At IWCGrand, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we offer a straightforward refund and return process to ensure your shopping experience is as enjoyable as possible.

Return Policy:

  1. Eligibility:

    • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
    • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, including tags, manuals, and accessories.
    • Certain items, such as custom-engraved or special-order products, are not eligible for return.
  2. How to Return an Item:

    • To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@iwcgrand.com or call us at (970) 984-7116 with your order number and reason for return.
    • Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
    • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or the wrong item was shipped.
  3. Refund Process:

    • Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
    • Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we’ve processed it.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@iwcgrand.com or (970) 984-7116. We will arrange for a return or exchange and cover any return shipping costs for defective or damaged products.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance items are non-refundable.
  • Custom-engraved or personalized watches are also not eligible for returns or refunds.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items). You will be responsible for the return shipping unless otherwise stated.

International Returns:

For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and customs duties. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for international returns to ensure that the item reaches us safely.
