Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is complete and accurate. IWCGrand is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8.1 IWCGrand is unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid street address for all deliveries.

9.1 Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address. If the carrier is unable to deliver your order, they may leave a notice or return the package to us. In such cases, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs for re-delivery.

9.2 If you refuse delivery of your order, you may be responsible for return shipping fees and any costs associated with the refused delivery.
